Punctuality
Please be on time! Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in adjustments to your service or a 100% rescheduling fee.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits go toward your service but will be forfeited if you no-show or cancel within the restricted time frame.
Cancellations/Rescheduling
• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for changes.
• Less than 48 hours: 50% of the service amount will be charged.
• No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours: 100% of the service amount will be charged.
• Consultations are free unless you no-show or reschedule within the restricted time frame, in which case a $25 fee will apply.
Satisfaction
• While inspiration photos are helpful, final results depend on your hair’s history and integrity.
• Proper aftercare and recommended product use are essential for maintaining your results.
• Refunds are not available. However, if you’re dissatisfied, please reach out within 2 days of your service. Adjustments are complimentary if scheduled within this time frame.
